📋 Description

• Capture and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of depositions, examinations under oath, and other legal proceedings. • Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize transcripts to the highest standards. • Manage proceedings with professionalism, ensuring accuracy, decorum, and adherence to procedural rules in your jurisdiction. • Work closely with our operations team for scheduling, setup, and technical support before, during, and after proceedings. • Submit completed transcripts within appropriate turnaround time and invoices for prompt payment.

🎯 Requirements

• Current certification(s) for court reporting in your jurisdiction. • Proven ability to deliver accurate transcripts on deadline. • Expertise with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse, etc.) and related digital tools. • Professionalism and a client-service mindset when working with attorneys, witnesses, and clients. • Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
