📋 Description

• Partnering with product owners and engineers through the discovery process and development of the product • Create effective user flow diagrams, storyboards and user journey maps that communicate the user experience of proposed design solutions • Quickly and effectively wireframe, prototype, test, and iterate on proposed design solutions • Produce pixel-perfect prototypes and specs that communicate key design decisions to engineering and product owners • Confidently defend design solutions to design leadership, product owners, engineering leads and stakeholders • Participate in design reviews, critiques and brainstorm sessions, providing insightful and actionable feedback • Create engaging and useful experiences using a world class design system • Effectively utilize a shared library of components, carefully following provided documentation and providing effective feedback on its implementation • Participate in cross-functional design sprints and workshops to answer key business and product questions

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors or related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in UX or Product Design or related field • Skilled in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred) • Excellent visual design skills and a high level understanding of visual solutions for all screen sizes, demonstrated in a well-crafted portfolio
