📋 Description
• Oversee, challenge, and drive technical initiatives across teams. • Promote best practices and ensure high standards of code quality and performance. • Facilitate cross-cutting initiatives (technical debt, Renovate, Snyk, etc.). • Support and coach engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and regular feedback. • Collaborate with Engineering Managers on roadmap planning and sizing. • Act as a technical relay — not a solo contributor, but a facilitator and enabler. • Contribute directly to key parts of the codebase and major features.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience mentoring engineering teams • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment • Strong technical skills in: Java, React, PostgreSQL • Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects • Strong collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to a positive team culture
