📋 Description

• Engage in professional onboarding of practice managers at various new locations • Conduct ongoing training and provide expert support to practice managers • Ensure practice managers and their teams are well-prepared for their tasks • Contribute to the success of each new location and enhance overall team satisfaction • Coordinate and implement practice facilities (remote possible) • Plan and conduct trainings for existing practice managers

🎯 Requirements

• Empathy and strong communication skills • Practical experience in a structured, fast-paced environment • Several years of experience in practice management • Experience in the veterinary field is a plus • Background as a practice manager or in a similar role • Enjoyment in training teams with an open-minded approach • Business knowledge is preferred • High level of organizational talent and passion for process optimization • Independence, engagement and flexibility • Willingness to travel between locations (minimum 75% travel) • Proficiency in digital tools like Notion, Slack, Miro
