📋 Description

• Develop models that drive value for users, based on a deep understanding of our customers, our business, and the data within the Finalis platform • Generate valuable insights that can be leveraged throughout our products • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms, helping promote data-driven decision-making throughout Finalis • Collaborate with product and engineering to establish our MLOps foundation • Take new models from ideation, to prototyping, to validation, to production • Inform the C-suite of key platform insights and ensure that we create a self-service data culture where data team members focus on high-value products and modeling • Mentor junior team members to help them develop and grow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Data Science and Machine Learning experience • At least 5 years of experience using Python for machine learning • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university • A growth mindset • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams • Experience developing/fine-tuning models via Sagemaker, Bedrock, and/or Vertex AI • Low ego, collaborative, and open-minded • Interest in financial products and AI-augmented user experiences • Experience with AI tools for prototyping/coding
