📋 Description

• Planning and organizing testing activities: You are responsible for creating test plans, test strategies and test documentation to ensure that all aspects of the software are tested. • Resource management: You ensure that the test team has sufficient resources such as personnel, tools and infrastructure to carry out tests effectively. • Coordination and monitoring of testing activities: You coordinate the various testing activities and monitor the progress of test execution to ensure they are completed on time. • Communication with stakeholders: You regularly communicate with various stakeholders such as developers, project managers and clients to report test status and discuss issues. • Risk management: You identify potential risks related to testing and develop strategies to minimize these risks. • Quality control: You are responsible for identifying and documenting defects and issues in the software through a structured testing approach and appropriate quality assurance measures. • Reporting: You produce regular reports on test status and distribute this information to management and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in test management, ideally in the IT industry • Solid knowledge of common testing methods and tools • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills • An organized working style • Knowledge of testing procedures, testing levels and types of tests and their practical application • Experience in creating test strategies and test concepts • Experience in creating test cases using appropriate test design techniques • Ability to plan, control and monitor testing activities
