📋 Description

• Customer meetings, consulting & training: You plan and conduct customer visits and meetings, optimize users' workflows, and provide trainings and follow-up sessions to ensure optimal use of our software. • Automation optimization: You coordinate across teams to configure the software optimally and ensure maximum automation. You combine customer knowledge transfer, process optimization, optimal configuration, and the use of our service departments. • Collecting feedback: You gather customer feedback, pass it to the Account Manager (ACM), and work closely with Requirements Engineering to ensure customer needs are fed into product development. • Setup & onboarding: You support user training and act as the functional and technical point of contact for users. • Problem solving & troubleshooting: You resolve user issues in close cooperation with technical support and ensure that service levels are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have: Experience in financial accounting or tax consulting within the DATEV environment ("know your customer"). • Or: Experience in project or process management, preferably in a DATEV environment (customer- and solution-oriented B2B consulting, results management, proactive prioritization and execution of activities). • Integrative communicator who can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (communication skills). • Enjoy working in a highly dynamic scale-up environment (flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset). • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
