📋 Description
• Drive the growth of our digital presence among corporate clients and entrepreneurs, focusing on performance marketing for B2B audiences (SME clients). • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360. • Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, Amazon, Snapchat). • Report directly to the Paid Media Team Lead. • Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments. • Demonstrated expertise in: LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), DV360 (experience with additional programmatic platforms is a plus). • Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey, including long sales cycles and strategies to generate qualified leads. • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, building hypotheses, and optimizing based on measurable performance. • Familiarity with tracking, tagging, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI. • Proficiency in English (intermediate level or above).
