📋 Description

• Work the conference calendar and proprietary events end-to-end, including pre-event research, in-room relationship-building, and post-event follow-through • Attend 4–8 in-person events per year • Build and nurture relationships with email and event audiences over weeks and months • Document every sales conversation and relationship touchpoint in the CRM • Develop familiarity with Fire&Spark’s agency and services • Nurture prospects and build trust before introducing a sales agenda • Identify when a relationship should shift into a sales conversation • Generate sales-qualified leads for the sales team • Bring ideas for new partnerships, offers, and ways to extend thought leadership reach

🎯 Requirements

• US-based • Authorized to work in the US • Genuine love of people • Comfortable and confident working a room • Disciplined about CRM documentation • Able to travel roughly once a month for an event • Relationship building skills • Patience and judgment • Proactively bring partnership ideas • Strong communication skills • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or Clay is a bonus • Background in marketing agencies, especially AI Search, SEO, or content marketing is a bonus • Experience with enterprise-level B2B prospects is a bonus • Healthcare or regulated-industry exposure is a bonus
