📋 Description

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers; no traditional cold calling • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend home warranty solutions • Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to customer priorities • Overcome objections and ask for the sale • Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process • Educate homeowners on products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated customer information • Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume phone sales environment • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and productivity goals • Strong closing and objection-handling skills • Consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and influence purchasing decisions • Competitive, results-driven mindset and tenacity to pursue the sale • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail • Comfort working with multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
