📋 Description

• Participate in discovery sessions with internal business partners to gather requirements and understand current-state workflows • Map business processes, document findings, and bring forward observations and recommendations to the engagement lead • Develop proof-of-concept solutions that validate technical approaches before the CRAFT team moves to full implementation • Apply AI tools actively in day-to-day work • Write and maintain documentation, including process maps, requirements, and POC summaries • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing workflows and surface them with supporting analysis • Work across engagement types as needed

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent work experience • Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable conducting interviews and working sessions with managers and their teams to gather requirements and map processes • Active user of AI tools in professional work • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage your own work and deliver reliably across multiple concurrent assignments • Experience with Cursor or other AI-powered productivity tools preferred • Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, or business analysis frameworks a plus • Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools recommended • Background in financial services, title insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
