📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers. • Lead carrier-facing discovery, research, and ideation. • Create the Carrier Portal’s vision, along with its long-term roadmap. • Drive user adoption of the new tools. • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and the Business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, owning and driving significant cross-organizational, user-facing projects in either B2B or B2C fields. • Proven ability to create and steer product vision and strategy. • Creative thinking paired with strong execution. • Track record of leading user interviews. • Demonstrated data analysis capabilities. • Strong UX sense and experience. • Great communication and presentation skills. • Comfort with rapidly changing business needs typical of a fast-growing company. • Experience working in an international company. • BS degree in a relevant field.
