📋 Description

• Eliciting needs of the stakeholders • Analyzing business requirements • Identifying business opportunities • Preparing documentation • Evaluating risk for assigned applications • Ensuring assigned applications work reliably for the business • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting systems daily • Performing business process review and analyses to drive efficiency and utilization gains • Actively seeking ways to improve the client experience • Evaluating product offerings and potential enhancements • Leading and/or participating on projects as needed • Collaborating with other departments to lead and facilitate implementation • Maintaining and managing reporting systems for actionable information • Maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and models • Ensuring all application changes follow standard process

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • A minimum of three (3) years of application/business/systems analyst experience in a financial industry environment • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field (a plus) • Direct Banking experience, including exposure to and understanding of bank structure/operations (a plus) • Technical certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, and/or Cisco (for Enterprise Applications, a plus) • Foxtrot Certification (for Enterprise Applications, a plus) • Knowledge of SQL, SAS Visual Analytics, SSRS, or other reporting technology (for Enterprise Applications, a plus) • Payment Certifications (AAP, NCP, and/or APRP) (for Deposit Applications, a plus) • Knowledge of SQL (for Deposit Applications, a plus)
