📋 Description

• Own and evolve the member lifecycle marketing strategy across awareness, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement • Identify opportunities to improve member engagement through personalization, automation, segmentation, and experimentation • Establish lifecycle marketing best practices, governance, and operating standards • Serve as the organization's Braze subject matter expert • Oversee platform architecture, campaign design, Canvas strategy, segmentation, Liquid personalization, and journey orchestration • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure scalable integrations, reliable data flow, and platform optimization • Drive platform governance, documentation, and operational excellence • Develop multi-channel engagement programs across email, SMS, push, and emerging channels • Build scalable audience strategies delivering the right message at the right time • Improve member experiences through testing, measurement, and optimization • Establish A/B testing and performance analysis practices • Monitor engagement and utilization metrics and translate insights into recommendations • Partner with analytics teams to measure business impact and identify opportunities • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Data, Engineering, Client Success, and Marketing • Translate business objectives into scalable lifecycle marketing programs • Advise on member communications and engagement strategy • Lead and develop a small team of engagement professionals • Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation • 2+ years of experience managing and developing marketing professionals • Deep expertise with Braze or a comparable enterprise lifecycle marketing platform, such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Customer.io • Demonstrated success designing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs • Experience developing automated customer or member journeys across multiple channels • Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation and performance data to drive decision-making • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives • Healthcare, digital health, health plan, or benefits industry experience preferred • Experience driving member activation, utilization, engagement, and retention preferred • Experience leading marketing operations, CRM governance, or platform administration preferred
