• Manage inbound and outbound retention conversations with merchants • Investigate root cause of merchant dissatisfaction • Negotiate retention solutions • Analyse merchant pricing structures • Carry out account reviews • Promote additional Clover functionality • Identify early warning signs of disengagement • Accurately record conversations and retention activity • Deliver against targets
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a customer-facing sales or retention role • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills • Ability to analyse pricing structures • Experience managing difficult customer conversations • Strong commercial awareness • Strong verbal and written communication skills
