📋 Description

• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows • Collaborate closely with technical analysts and developers • Develop detailed test plans and test cases • Conduct various testing to ensure quality and functionality • Provide ongoing support to developers throughout the development lifecycle • Assist clients during their testing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive, direct functional experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) solutions • Typically, 5 years or more experience working with financial institutions • Demonstrated experience with system conversions • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences • Proven ability to mentor, guide, and review the work of junior business systems analysts (Bonus) • Hands-on experience working with other lending solutions (Bonus)
