β’ Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive purchases and sales. β’ Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with Fitlab's marketing objectives. β’ Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, ad creation, and performance analysis. β’ Manage and allocate advertising budgets, monitor budget pacing, and adjust allocations to meet KPIs. β’ Create strategic creative briefs and provide input on ad copy, visuals, and formats. β’ Oversee campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels; stay updated on platform changes. β’ Conduct market research to identify and segment target audiences for multiple brands in the portfolio. β’ Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and implement A/B tests and optimizations. β’ Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. β’ Collaborate with teams across Fitlab's portfolio of fitness and wellness brands; additional duties as assigned. β’ Up to 20 hours per week (part-time role).
β’ 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying, preferably within the fitness, health, or wellness industries. β’ Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets of $150k/month or more. β’ Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. β’ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing. β’ In-depth experience with performance creative design and the ability to brief killer creative. β’ Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
