📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end paid media strategy that fuels company growth. • Lead a 7-figure monthly ad spend to scale new customer acquisition and drive creative performance. • Manage and adjust budgets to guarantee maximum ROI and efficient spend allocation. • Collaborate with Inventory Planning to ensure product availability aligns with scaling objectives. • Monitor margins, CAC, and LTV metrics to optimize spend and capture market opportunities. • Take ownership of performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging paid channels. • Execute daily campaign management and optimization. • Lead a structured testing program to evolve strategies based on platform changes. • Conduct weekly performance analysis for creative testing and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Paid Media, with proven success in scaling DTC brands. • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok and emerging platforms is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets at $1M+/month. • Proven track record of unlocking and scaling new acquisition funnels. • Experience leading creative strategy, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
