📋 Description

• Manage and grow the business relationship with Five9's strategic partners in the DACH region • Drive a business plan that scales partner led revenue and develops a robust local partner ecosystem • Build enablement programs for resellers, agents, and systems integrators • Support partners throughout the customer journey from onboarding to execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development within a cloud-based environment • Proven experience working in a dynamic team focused on driving growth • Strong operational and analytical skills • Strong strategic thinking with a bias for action and results • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Fluent in German and English • Experience with CX and AI-powered customer engagement solutions is a plus
