📋 Description

• Use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job. • Explain what excellence looks like in your profession. • Design questions related to your occupation as a Airfield Operations Specialists. • Inspect airfield conditions to ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements. • Implement airfield safety procedures to ensure a safe operating environment for personnel and aircraft operation. • Conduct inspections of the airport property and perimeter to maintain controlled access to airfields. • Assist in responding to aircraft and medical emergencies. • Initiate or conduct airport-wide coordination of snow removal on runways and taxiways.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Transportation and Warehousing. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

🏖️ Benefits

• Hourly pay: $29 – $72, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
