• Use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job. • Explain what excellence looks like in your profession. • Design questions related to your occupation as an Industrial Production Manager. • Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing. • Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments. • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. • Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.
• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Manufacturing. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
• Hourly pay: $72 – $190, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
