📋 Description

• Use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job. • Explain what excellence looks like in your profession. • Design questions related to your occupation as a Nuclear Power Reactor Operator. • Operate nuclear power reactors in accordance with policies and procedures to protect workers from radiation and ensure environmental safety. • Adjust controls to position rod and regulate flux level, reactor period, coolant temperature, or rate of power flow, following standard procedures. • Develop or implement actions such as lockouts, tagouts, or clearances to allow equipment to be safely repaired. • Respond to system abnormalities, diagnosing the cause and recommending or taking corrective action. • Monitor all systems for normal running conditions, checking gauges to assess output or the effects of generator loading on other equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Utilities. • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

🏖️ Benefits

• Hourly pay: $60 – $130, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
