📋 Description

• Act as a leader in the expansion of the National 3rd Party Intermediaries business line within Flagstar Financial & Leasing by expanding new origination opportunities from existing 3rd party account relationships. • Responsible for volume/fee budgeting and business line P & L contribution relating to relationships managed. • Introduce potential new 3rd party relationships. • Provide valuable industry knowledge surrounding market activity (i.e. pricing, structure, credit). • Work closely with Flagstar Financial & Leasing team members and set proper expectations to ensure a seamless and reliable process for transaction review from submittal through funding. • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers as well as Flagstar Financial & Leasing executive management team as the “point person” for designated account relationships. • Provide relationship reporting as required (internal portfolio monitoring / external client reporting).

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) • 10+ Years of experience in equipment leasing, finance and relationship management • Proven ability to originate and execute transactions within institutional and equipment leasing markets • Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry • Strong customer service, organizational & communication/presentation skills • High degree of comfort in interacting with clients - both internal and external • Credit underwriting/financial statement analysis experience.
