📋 Description

• Independently review and prepare lease and loan documentation according to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Act as a secondary client contact during transaction closings • Coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders • Ensure accurate data entry into booking and funding systems • Resolve data discrepancies • Support training and guide entry-level documentation specialists • Stay current on regulatory updates • Propose applicable process improvements • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, standards, and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 7+ years in banking, leasing, or financial services • 3+ years of documentation experience • Demonstrated ability to interpret legal and financial documentation • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Working knowledge of public finance and leasing structures • Ability to manage multiple transactions under deadlines • Experience in public funding or municipal finance preferred • Familiarity with industry-specific documentation software preferred
