📋 Description

• Plays a critical role in developing and maintaining customer relationships. • Origins new customer relationships through direct channels. • Target middle market companies in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. • Devlop partnerships with Flagstar bankers. • Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position of clients.

🎯 Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 4+ Years’ sales experience in similar equipment financing environment, with a verifiable production history. • Expert knowledge of equipment financing products, pricing, and structure. • Professional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Foundational understanding of financial/credit policies and financial statements. • Ability to build a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, cold-calling, and networking. • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook. • Proficiency with SuperTRUMP, T Value and other CRM applications.
