📋 Description

• As part of the team, your role will be to solve high-uncertainty problems by proposing high-performance, delightful solutions that meet both user and business needs • In partnership with PMs, Devs and other team members, seek to understand the product context before starting design. Understand the project goals, the need or problem to be solved, and the desired value delivery • Identify timelines, design requirements, business rules, dependencies, risks and other constraints. Support the definition of clear, measurable success metrics • Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research with external or internal customers to identify motivations, needs, behaviors and pain points throughout each persona’s journey • Understand business KPIs and gather data to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Identify trends and opportunities through benchmarking against competitors and indirect players • Collaborate on defining the solution scope. Use journeys, flowcharts, opportunity maps, sketchframes and other tangible artifacts to support discussions • Contribute to Flash’s design system • Design system architecture and use cases through flowcharts and detailed blueprints • Create wireframes that allow fast validation of content, flows and the solution’s value proposition without requiring excessive time or effort • Build high-fidelity prototypes that adhere to Flash’s branding guidelines and interface patterns. Define necessary breakpoints, detail interactions and produce a navigable prototype to provide a realistic preview of the experience • Produce handoffs with clear, detailed documentation of use cases, business rules, interface behaviors, error and success feedback, tracking maps, etc. • Analyze and interpret project results, identifying opportunities to improve the proposed solution. Respond quickly to findings by iterating and evolving the experience to achieve expected outcomes.

Actively seeks feedback and receives it openly and maturely, using it for development • Ensures engagement and alignment with PMs, Devs and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Communicates clearly, concisely, respectfully and transparently, tailoring the message to each audience. Is prepared to handle conflicts and difficult negotiations • Promotes a design culture and customer-focused vision as a strategic business differentiator. Actively participates in team ceremonies. Contributes constructively to the evolution of team standards and processes and guides other designers in adopting methods and best practices to ensure consistent deliveries • Demonstrates leadership presence.
