📋 Description

• Lead and support the Ops team through clear expectations, regular feedback, and day-to-day coaching. • Own core operations processes across people, hiring, finance, legal, and planning, keeping them reliable and on time. • Design and maintain lightweight rhythms for planning, goal tracking, and project management across the org. • Translate high-level direction from stewards into concrete plans, timelines, and responsibilities. • Build and refine simple systems, docs, and workflows so recurring work becomes predictable and less person-dependent. • Use cutting edge tools to track data, monitor progress, and inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years in operations or adjacent roles, including meaningful time in leadership or people management. • Proven experience leading or directly managing a small team. • Strong analytical skills with comfort using cutting edge technology for tracking and decision-making. • Demonstrated ability to design and run planning, goal-tracking, or project management systems. • High attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication. • Comfortable reporting to a steward and operating with influence rather than title.
