📋 Description

• Partner in driving the creation and maintenance of reusable components, patterns, and documentation in Figma. • Set standards for visual design and execution across our products to deliver a world-class user experience. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver a single source of truth that reduces redundancy. • Advocate for UX and accessibility best practices and principles to ensure alignment with design system.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in Figma, with proven ability to create, maintain, and evolve design libraries. • Experience with design system workflows and tools (e.g., Storybook, design tokens). • A comprehensive portfolio featuring high-fidelity screens that present refined UI examples. • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across UX, Product, and Engineering. • Excellent time management with a proven ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with accessibility standards and UX best practices. • Experience making designs AI-ready is a bonus.
