📋 Description

• Code integrations to client requirements using Flexspring. • Collaborate with a project manager on client data maps. • Perform integration testing, guide the client through User Acceptance Testing, and lead the Go Live launch. • Document the nuances of the integration for the client and Flexspring support team. • Effectively troubleshoot, identify the root cause and develop solutions to production issues that arise in customers’ integrations while adhering to support SLA • Provide exceptional communication to all parties, both internal and external. • Document troubleshooting and resolution notes in our Case Management System (Service Cloud) and keep the client informed about the case progression continuously. • Drive support cases through resolution by working collaboratively with the support team, technical consultants, 3rd party partners, and the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Sciences or College degree in software engineering or computer science. • Excellent knowledge of Java or JavaScript languages. • Experience in software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL etc.). • Be client-friendly and skilled at explaining technical things to non-technical clients. • Strong verbal and written communication in English • Strong verbal and written communication in French.
