âą Own compliance across multiple hardware products and global markets âą Identify certification requirements for new markets âą Define regulatory labelling requirements for packaging, products and user manuals âą Coordinate certifications, test reports, and regulatory documentation âą Partner with Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams âą Monitor regulatory changes and certificate renewals
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience with international product compliance in consumer electronics âą Manage end-to-end testing and compliance for RF, EMC, and Safety standards (e.g., FCC, CE, IC, RED, NCC) âą Experience in environmental product compliance, such as WEEE, RoHS, packaging and Battery EPR registrations across key sales regions âą Ability to own the compliance process end to end âą Strong English communication skills âą Nice-to-have: Experience working with globally distributed hardware products âą Nice-to-have: Experience supporting product launches across multiple international markets âą Nice-to-have: Experience in a fast-growing consumer electronics company with global distribution
