•Own the end-to-end process for email campaigns—creating personalized, creative campaigns that drive growth. •Design eye-catching emails that connect with our audience and communicate clear messages. •Work with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisition and keep users engaged long-term. •Use data to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion. •Partner with Product, Business Strategy, and Design teams to align campaigns with Flipster’s goals and brand voice. •Track performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns. •Leverage data to target specific user segments and personalize messaging.
