• Ensure success for our wrestling software partnerships including but not limited to state associations and coaches’ associations. • Administer setup of season management including weight management and seed system creation for all partners. • Execute all post season advancement for our wrestling state partnerships. • Coordinate and ensure prompt payment of all weight management and postseason invoices. • Serve as day-to-day contact and assist partners as needed with tasks such as weight management and troubleshooting. • Resolve all software support ticket escalations in a timely manner and serve as a liaison to our customer success team. • Oversee customer product documentation and knowledge base for our wrestling software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships • High level knowledge of Wrestling • You love problem solving, creating efficiencies and improving processes • Self-starter with excellent planning, time management and organization skills. • Detail-oriented, reliable, and in possession of a strong work ethic. • Ability to quickly navigate and search the internet • Capable of managing a heavy workload and adaptable to change • Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 1-2 years relevant experience in account management and/or a position with direct client/partner communication • Must be fluent in English.
