• Tworzenie analiz i raportów dotyczących realizacji usług Fluentbe, efektywności sprzedaży i kampanii marketingowych. • Segmentacja bazy klientów i rekomendowanie działań zwiększających konwersję, retencję i cross-selling • Współtworzenie i automatyzacja lejków sprzedażowych oraz komunikacji CRM • Obsługa i rozwój narzędzi CRM (Freshsales, Hubspot) • Przygotowywanie danych na potrzeby zarządu i zespołów: sprzedaży, marketingu i produktu
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia w analizie danych i/lub pracy z systemami CRM lub student ostatnich lat studiów informatycznych • Znajomość narzędzi BI (np. Looker Studio) i Excel/Google Sheets na poziomie zaawansowanym • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na zapytania SQL – np. tworzenie raportów, analiz lejkowych czy mierzenie efektywności kampanii • Umiejętność formułowania wniosków i rekomendacji na podstawie danych • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) • Samodzielność, inicjatywa i umiejętność pracy w zespole rozproszonym
