📋 Description
• Run the field on a gigawatt-scale data center build: sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan. • Walk the job daily and clear blockers before crews wait: RFIs, materials, access, inspections. • Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface, not from the trailer. • Coordinate with commissioning so systems complete in the order startup needs, not the order construction prefers.
🎯 Requirements
• You've superintended heavy industrial or mission critical construction and hit the dates. • You sequence trades in your head and spot a clash before it costs a day. • Inspectors and foremen both respect you, for different reasons. • You've closed out punch lists that stayed closed. • You'll travel and live where the work is. • Bonus: Data center MEP-heavy builds. Modular installation. OSHA 30. Commissioning handover experience.
