📋 Description

• Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and decisions can be made in a timely manner • Identify and communicate opportunities and challenges to relevant stakeholders, including solutions and advice to maximise performance • Generate reusable reports using different analytical tools so stakeholders can self-serve • Produce in-depth analysis and strategic insights explaining underlying trends and providing recommendations • Influence Customer Engagement, Cross-Sell and Acquisition strategies through performance insights • Work with stakeholders at all levels within the Gaming Team at Betfair

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate findings concisely and effectively • Active listening and appreciation of others’ opinions • Customer-focused mindset • Confidence under pressure and comfort giving opinions • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn • Interest in understanding behaviour, identifying patterns, and finding insights • Excellent data manipulation skills in Excel, with emphasis on producing audience-appropriate output
