• Liderar técnicamente uno o más Squads. • Participar en propuestas comerciales. • Ejecutar kickoff de arquitectura de proyectos y acuerdos técnicos iniciales con Solution Architects. • Mentorizar y acompañar el desarrollo profesional de Developers. • Colaborar en la definición e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas (Java, Angular, mobile, cloud).
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia técnica en Java. • Conocimientos en Angular. • Conocimientos en tecnologías mobile (iOS o Android) - plus. • Conocimientos en cloud provider - plus. • Capacidad para liderar técnicamente uno o más Squads. • Experiencia en propuestas comerciales, kickoff de arquitectura de proyectos y acuerdos técnicos iniciales con Solution Architects. • Habilidades de mentoring a Developers.
