📋 Description

• Monitor assigned aircraft and trips for Day-Of and Next-Day operations. • Ensure all trip details are accurate, complete, and operationally feasible. • Maintain awareness of aircraft routing, schedule changes, delays, and operational impacts. • Monitor ongoing flight activity and provide support throughout the mission lifecycle. • Identify operational risks and escalate concerns as appropriate. • Support irregular operations and recovery planning efforts. • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Fleet Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, Maintenance Control, Flight Crews, and Client Services. • Coordinate operational changes resulting from weather, maintenance events, crew limitations, airport restrictions, or client requests. • Ensure all stakeholders have the information necessary to successfully execute assigned trips. • Maintain continuity and communication throughout all phases of trip execution. • Review and validate trip details including: – Airport operating considerations – NOTAMs – International requirements – Ground transportation arrangements – Crew accommodations – Passenger information – Luggage and payload considerations. • Assist in identifying and resolving operational conflicts prior to departure. • Maintain accurate trip records and operational notes within company systems. • Ensure operational documentation is complete and current. • Support compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company procedures, and safety standards. • Assist with operational reporting and tracking as required. • Provide timely and accurate operational updates to internal stakeholders. • Support Client Services and Charter Sales teams with trip-related operational information. • Communicate professionally and effectively during both routine and irregular operations. • Assist with post-flight follow-up and operational issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation operations, dispatch, scheduling, charter coordination, or a related field. • Working knowledge of FAA Part 135 operations preferred. • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. • Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with flight scheduling, dispatch, or operational software preferred.
