📋 Description

• Defining visual style for UI projects (incl. typography, colors, patterns and more) • Leading UI projects • Direct cooperation with clients (with the support of PM) • Presenting our designs to clients • Leading and directing design process for a wide range of products • Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers) • Improving workflow and defining internal processes, defining our visual standards • Mentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of documented commercial experience • Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography • Extensive portfolio of commercial projects • Good command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1) • Great communication and presentation skills • Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out • Good understanding of business and technology • Extreme attention to details
