📋 Description
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide leadership and serve as a credible resource • Collaborates with Executive Team, Business Unit Leaders, Board of Directors, and Investors • Oversee all sub-functional elements of finance, including financial planning, analysis, and accounting • Lead strategic investment decisions and fundraising while preserving value • Identify and assess M&A transactions and group structures • Implement and monitor SaaS metrics and KPIs • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and corporate policies in all jurisdictions where FNA operates
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Director scaling a SaaS company from £5M in ARR and beyond • Fluent in SaaS financials and metrics and comfortable leading board interactions • Able to drive strategy but maintains a ‘hands-on’ approach • Strong financial modeling background with a fluent understanding of R&D and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) nuances • Thrives in small teams with frequently changing priorities and operates with a sense of urgency • An excellent communicator, spoken and written
