📋 Description
• Ensure our retail partners receive exceptional day-to-day support. • Own the onboarding process and ongoing engagement with stores. • Drive change management and adoption during onboarding. • Proactively address customer challenges and prioritize enhancement requests. • Serve as a strategic advisor to quantify improvements in store operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • You possess mid or senior-level experience within the retail sector, ideally in grocery. • 5+ years in a retail technology client-facing role in customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding / training.
