• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain training programs addressing customer training challenges • Anticipate customer needs and implement innovative training solutions • Apply the full ADDIE/Systematic Approach to Training, with emphasis on analysis, design, and development • Achieve proficiency in proprietary Qlarity and VISION software • Use Qlarity and VISION to deliver training programs and services to clients • Collaborate virtually with the team to complete project tasks • Ensure quality of deliverables and track project time • Collaborate with client subject matter experts to collect job-analysis, training-needs, performance-requirement, procedure, system, and process data • Analyze subject matter expert input and source data to develop task lists, learning objectives, and instructional content • Design, develop, and maintain client training programs and materials • Translate analysis and design work into Qlarity and VISION • Identify and recommend optimal data-setup solutions for clients • Communicate with client subject matter experts and stakeholders to clarify scope, gather requirements, and deliver solutions on schedule • Provide quality assurance and data-entry support to the FOCUS Professional Services team
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related fields • Master's degree preferred • Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work • Experience designing training courses and/or programs to meet client needs • Experience with technical writing or procedure writing a plus • Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and NRC regulatory requirements desired • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design theory • Experience developing lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, and performance assessments • Experience with eLearning tools and technologies such as Articulate and Captivate • Ability to analyze and logically organize complex technical information • Ability to transform complex information into professionally designed, engaging, and effective training • Ability to work well in a team environment or individually • Collaborative mindset focused on teamwork and communication • Ability to handle confidential material with discretion and trust • Analytical and critical thinking skills • Independent, self-directed work style with excellent time management, multitasking, and deadline-management skills • Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and thoroughness • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work virtually from a home office or other professional environment free from auditory or visual distractions • Location may be anywhere within the continental United States
