📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the technical delivery of customer projects and act as the technical lead for network faults, escalations and major incidents. • Working closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and fellow engineers, you will take ownership of technical quality, solution delivery and documentation, whilst providing expert support across enterprise customer environments. • This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that includes travel to customer sites across the UK and occasional planned out-of-hours work to support change windows and critical project activity.

🎯 Requirements

• - Strong hands-on experience across some or all of the following technologies: • - SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet • - LAN/WLAN: Cisco, Meraki • - Security: Fortinet, Cisco Firepower • - Excellent troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnostic skills. • - Experience managing critical incidents, technical escalations and complex change requests. • - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. • - Ability to take technical ownership and provide leadership during major incidents and project delivery. • - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
