📋 Description

• Capture customer requirements and translate them into concrete implementation plans • Build and roll out fonio setups in production, including workflows, logic, prompts, and guardrails • Implement integrations with third-party systems such as APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, and ticketing systems • Develop smaller features and glue code to map customer cases cleanly • Debug under production conditions, including calls, flows, edge cases, and fast fixes • Build reusable templates and deployment playbooks to make setups scalable • Deliver prioritized, concrete product feedback on pain points and feature gaps • Work closely with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market to make deployments fast, stable, and repeatable across the Spanish market

🎯 Requirements

• Solid coding skills; ability to implement independently, not just configure • Strong understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including prompting, tool-use, RAG, and failure modes • Ability to translate complex processes into robust, testable workflows • Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and common integration patterns • Cloud fundamentals, including deployments, observability, and production debugging • Pragmatic working style: ship fast, make it stable, iterate • Spanish at native or near-native level • Solid English • Bonus: Voice/Telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, monitoring/tracing, GDPR
