🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations, ideally with exposure to M&A in a high-growth or dynamic environment. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using data to inform decisions and measure success • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences • Experience managing or supporting organizational performance processes such as OKRs, KPI tracking, or strategic planning cycles • A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
