🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial credit analysis, with an emphasis on short-term Asset-Based Lending for small businesses (SBA experience is not required). • US Company experience is a MUST. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field. • Must demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate credit principles related to receivables factoring, lines of credit, and short-term loans. • Robust understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit metrics. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment that requires tenacity to explore opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges. • Ability to work effectively independently, as well as collaboratively with direct and cross-functional teammates. • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to notice discrepancies in data. • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to unique challenges. • Ability to work proficiently within Google Suite and Microsoft Office. • Working hours: US Pacific time 9:00am to 5:00pm (Manila graveyard shift)
