📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals who are trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches • Maintain a clinical caseload between 25-35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation • Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure appropriate fit and timely access to care • Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care • Manage internal consults by providing case consultation and co-creating tailored care plans with therapists • Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed • Participate in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development • Serve as a maternal mental health subject matter expert, providing consultation and support to colleagues • Build and maintain referral pathways across therapy and psychiatry, cultivating relationships with clinicians aligned to program needs • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address trends, barriers, and opportunities for program growth • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of the program by helping refine workflow pathways • Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new MMH clinicians • Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal and reproductive mental health • Create and present client-facing education, workshops, or support groups for community engagement • Represent the MMH program at internal and external events • Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to increase awareness and referrals • Serve as an advocate for maternal mental health within and outside the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist • Minimum of two years post license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP experience preferred • Strong communication including proactive and responsive communication with clients and internal teams • Proficiency with essential technology platforms, such as EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce • Background or strong interest in perinatal mental health • Comfortable serving as an educator and ambassador for the program, with a passion for developing resources, mentoring peers, and confidently presenting to both professional and patient audiences in small and large group settings • PMH-C required at hire or within 3 months of next available course; exam and course fee reimbursed upon passing.
