• Respond to inbound service calls regarding all aspects of Foresters Financial's business operations • Make follow-up calls as needed • Prioritize the customer relationship by listening and responding with empathy • Deliver the highest level of customer service and facilitate any required actions through collaboration across multiple business functions • Accurately determine the caller's needs and provide appropriate support
