📋 Description
• Respond to inbound service calls regarding all aspects of Foresters Financial's business operations • Make follow-up calls as needed • Prioritize the customer relationship by listening and responding with empathy • Deliver the highest level of customer service and facilitate any required actions through collaboration across multiple business functions • Accurately determine the caller's needs and provide appropriate support
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of customer service experience with a passion for service excellence • Previous experience in an inbound call center is required • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) to communicate effectively • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure while delivering quality service • Technical and analytical skills related to systems, standards, and procedures
