📋 Description

• Deliver and maintain API documentation for payment services • Develop user-friendly Product User Manuals, Technical Specifications and Technical Tutorials • Lead knowledge management projects using AI tools • Maintain a centralised documentation repository and ensure consistency and clarity • Stay informed about industry trends and update documentation alongside Form3’s products and services • Manage Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications • Keep endpoint definitions and request/response schemas synchronised with live documentation • Gather feedback and continuously improve documentation based on user requirements • Work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams • Support internal technical documentation needs and advocate for documentation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product documentation and content publishing • 2+ years’ experience writing technical documentation, specifically for APIs, cloud-based software or SaaS systems • Proficiency with Markdown, Swagger and Postman • Ability to create high-quality materials for technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable with AI prompting and Cursor • Familiarity with version control systems and developer platforms, including Git and GitHub • Sound understanding of coding, APIs and cloud-based architectures • Advanced writing, proofreading and editing skills • Fluency in written and spoken English at native level or equivalent • Excellent people and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships within remote, cross-functional teams
