• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in a technical field preferred and validated experience in relationship management, metrics, technical sales, preferably test and measurement. • Experience leading a sales team. • High expectations with the courage to challenge the status quo, coach teams, improve processes, and exceed targets. • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), listening, and executive presentation skills. • Consistent record developing, leading and retaining sellers who are passionate about rapid speed of implementation and detailed execution of strategy and tactics. • Ability to build functional metrics and drive them into the organization so that the team optimally and efficiently understands, adapts, and reaches goals. • Experience inspiring change, integration, and results. • Effective listening and partnership skills. • Experience in continuous improvement and policy deployment. • Creative, objective and possess a high level of integrity. • Self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking. • Experience with value-selling technical products and proficiency in commercial and industrial business. • Ability to travel (60%+) and live within assigned territory (Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin).
