📋 Description

‱ Learn the technical and economic environment influencing the business, including the procedures, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations. ‱ Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including with cross-functional team members, product management colleagues, field selling organization, channel partners, and end users. ‱ Develop and execute product launch plans including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams. ‱ Form strong relationships with top industry organizations, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders. ‱ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for growth. ‱ Contribute to the development of annual plans that clearly outline franchise objectives, strategies, tactics and activities. Execute specific projects and/or tactical plans to deliver profitable growth and maximize global market opportunities. ‱ Contribute to the identification and execution of a well-tailored self-development plan. ‱ Visiting Hovas, Sweden approximately once a month.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Undergraduate degree ‱ 3 - 5 years of successful related business experience ‱ Global product launch experience ‱ Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment ‱ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution ‱ Ability to travel 30% internationally and locally
